Greetings and welcome to Nomad Gear - Travel Outfitters committed to the idea of 'Living Life Well on the Road'. Nomad Gear's eclectic staff has traveled nearly every way possible - thumb, foot, off road, on road, sea plane, first class commercial flight, kayak, motor boat, RV and motorcycle. We have slept in small tents, 5 star hotels, youth hostels, houseboats and out under the stars. The consensus is that it is all good but that it is even better with the right gear.

With that in mind, our mission is very simply to provide travelers of all types with the gear they need to Live Life Well on the Road. We strive to do so by field testing new products and adding those that meet our expectations to our product lineup. We also hope to eventually add Travel Tips and Useful Links pages.
